OSF Millennium Pain Center

The OSF Millennium Pain Center was established with the mission to improve the quality of life for individuals who suffer from chronic pain by utilizing compassion and the most advanced pain management techniques available.

Care is provided in a supportive environment through the combined expertise of a wide range of highly trained pain management professionals including board-certified physicians, physical and occupational therapists, registered nurses and physiatrists.

Referrals & Insurance

Patients may need to have a physician referral to the OSF Millennium Pain Center. Many health plans cover pain treatment. Coverage depends on the specific plan and any necessary referrals and/or authorizations the plan may require. Please bring an insurance card and any other necessary paperwork when visiting the clinic.
