| Golden Health Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1/3 cup plain, lowfat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups raisin-granola cereal
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Puree
bananas in blender. Beat butter and honey until fluffy. Beat
in egg, yogurt, vanilla and bananas. Combine flour and baking
powder, add to banana mixture. Stir in granola. Drop by
heaping tablespoons onto non-stick cookie sheets (or spray
sheets with non-stick vegetable spray). Bake for 12-15
minutes. Makes about 2-1/2 dozen. |
