To make a gift of securities, please contact the Foundation office at (815) 842-6827 to arrange a transfer.

Grain

To make a gift of grain, please contact the Foundation office at (815) 842-6827 to arrange a transfer or you may participate in our Bushels for Care program.

Real Estate

If you would like to invest in the future of OSF Saint James by donating real estate or designating specific property for OSF Saint James in your will, please contact the Foundation office at (815) 842-6827.

Matching Gifts

Many contributors multiply their support to the OSF Saint James Foundation by making use of their employer's matching gift program. We are grateful to these companies and foundations for their generosity. We encourage you to ask if you employer offers such a program. Please contact your employer's human resource director for the necessary form to send with your gift.

In Honor of ...

Pay tribute to a loved one, mark a special occasion, a promotion, or say thanks to a special OSF Saint James staff member who cared for you or a loved one during an illness or injury.

In Celebration of ...

Ask your family and friends to make a donation to the OSF Saint James Foundation in your honor for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries or holidays. These celebratory gifts can be designated to any program or service at OSF Saint James. The Foundation will acknowledge your tribute gift by sending a special letter to the person you have chosen to honor with your gift. The amount of your gift will not be mentioned. A separate receipt will be sent to you.

Memorial Gifts

Express your sympathy by making a donation in memory of a family member or friend. Memorial gifts are a lasting remembrance of a special person who has touched you during his or her life. The OSF Saint James Foundation will acknowledge your gift by sending an appropriate note to the family or friend in whose name the gift was made. The amount of gift will not be mentioned. A separate receipt will be sent to you.
