Dr. Shai Nyi
Shai Nyi, M.D., Obstetrician and Gynecologist, became President of the OSF Saint James - John W. Albrecht Medical Center Medical Staff in January 2009. He joined OSF Medical Group and the medical staff at OSF Saint James in 1996. Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, he provides preconception counseling, prenatal care and delivery, infertility evaluation and treatment, well woman visits, evaluation and treatment of menopausal issues, and more. Dr. Nyi is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield and completed his residency at Washington Hospital in Washington, D.C. He and his wife Mary have two children and live in Pontiac.
