Community Advisory Board
The OSF Saint James - John W. Albrecht Medical Center Community Advisory Board, established on August 30, 1950, is composed of citizens representative of the medical center's service area of Livingston County. Its purpose is to improve relations between the citizens and the medical center, with the ultimate goal of improved medical center care and performance.
The board's members have the right and responsibility to make recommendations regarding the improvement of services, public relations, government relations, economic matters and charity. The medical center's President/CEO presents to the Advisory Board for consideration, discussion and recommendations, any subject on which he believes the Advisory Board can assist the medical center. Board members provide advice and suggestions based on their personal experience in their business or their professional, in harmony with the best professional and business ethics.
